        Expected Result: Available to see the 'Covered by an Annual Work Programme.
        
        Select "Covered by an Annual Work Programme?" = 'No'
        
        Expected Result: "Reason for no coverage by an Annual Work Programme" field becomes available and the user can optionally provide input.
        
        Fill the all mandatory fields and click 'Submit' button
        
        Successfully save a new output
        
        Select "Covered by an Annual Work Programme?" = 'Yes'
        
        Expected Result: "Work Programme year" and "Annual Work Programme action code" fields become available and the user must provide input.
        
        Clicks on the "Workplan Year" dropdown list and select one of the year from the options.
        
        Expected Result: Dropdown is presented with a list of years in DESC order(the list gets updated automatically when a new year rolls around): So if current year is 2023, the following values would be displayed in DESC order: 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021 ...etc

        Expected Result: Available to see the 'External Requester', 'Other external institution or country', 'Contact person's name' and 'Contact person's email'
        
        Change the 'Type of Request' External' to 'Internal'
        
        Expected Result: Available fields should change according to that.
        
        Fill all the mandatory field and Click on 'Submit' button
        
        Expected Result: Successfully save a new output request
