sources - whole milk, eggs, butter liver and oily fish and sunlight
functions - development and maintenance of bones and teeth, fixing broken bones, help with the absorption of calcium and preventing osteoporosis and rickets

sources - sunflower oil, olive oil, cereals, soya nut sand eggs
functions - create red blood cells, protecting the body - antioxidant
