CONCLUSION
You could sleep well since the stomach would quickly say what we had eaten.It is advisable to eat the aforementioned as it is good even for a diet. It is not recommended to eat fast foods since it is not good for our health and much less if we are on a diet it could cause us to no longer continue with the usual routine.
