°A committee is a group of people who meet to make decisions or plans for a larger group or organization that they represent.
Work groups are a collection of people within a workplace who collaborate to achieve specific goals, tasks or projects. Some work groups last for a few months, while others stay together for many years.
°The purpose of these groups is for employees to collaborate and participate in individual and collective work.

Conference
A conference is a gathering of many people who talk about a specific subject or topic. People meet to confer about a theme. All the people who attend have a common interest. It is not the same as a convention, which is typically much bigger and consists of delegates who represent various different groups.
On the job development
A majority of our learning as adults takes place within the daily work environment. That being said, on-the-job development (OJD) can be defined as an intentional process for learning, development, and personal growth through realistic work experiences
Self study
a way of learning about a subject that involves studying alone at home, rather than in a classroom with a teacher: The diploma is awarded following a course of self-study ending in a three-hour exam. self-study materials/workbooks/programs.
360 degree performance
360-degree feedback is a process through which feedback from an employee's subordinates, peers, colleagues, and supervisor, as well as a self-evaluation by the employee themselves is gathered.
Career planing
Career planning is traditionally understood as the process of assessing personal strengths, values and aspirations, establishing goals and objectives; identifying the steps needed to achieve them; and putting this information into a written career plan, which will then be periodically reviewed and updated.
