Isolate power supply to further reduce conducted EMI issues from power supply. Use a benchtop power supply for the source.
-
-
Use low frequency EMI probe to look for where the 50kHz noise might be getting into the controller PCB.

Expose the midpoint connection for the DCDC converter. Might make balancing the series input capacitors easier and improve decoupling between the two designs.
Add HVDC Bus Discharge Parts, Stacked FETs and resistors, or perhaps specialized routine to use the DCDC to discharge the bus.

Alternative resonant tank structure might reduce the ripple current demand on this capacitor. This configuration needs to be evaluated. (Get rid of the capacitor divider scheme)

Motor / Motor Controller
Generally need to increase PWM frequency. 40lkHz looks good for Transverse Flux Low Inductance Motors
Bus Capacitance Calculation / Simulation. The higher the PWM frequency, the lower the capacitance requirement.
-
Do we start to design our own motor controller? 800VDC, 100A Iq? Might be able to leverage the same FET that is selected for the solid-state breaker.
SST Controller
CAN A instance on DCDC control processor needs to be hooked up to GPIO 4 and 5 to function the CAN bootloader.
