Job Description
The purpose of this role is to partner across the organization in augmenting area and department capability to deliver solutions that meet workforce experience, change management, and organization design business needs.
Employees at this level have expert knowledge and work under a high degree of latitude to address complex issues and problems.
This role reports to Director, Global Talent Management with ongoing partnership with workforce and department leaders, department and area HR teams, and other COEs.
Responsibilities
Accountable to manage delivery of the following global strategic and essential activities:
Org Design & Change Management Framework ("Leading Change")
Org Design & Change management consultation and training
Vendor Management
Workforce experience strategy, i.e. employee engagement guidelines and principles
Workforce engagement/value proposition surveys – design, analysis, insights, and associated initiatives
Implementation of workforce engagement survey
Employee Experience Initiatives
Recognition program guidelines and principles
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in related field
8 years of experience in organizational effectiveness/org development, change management, HR Business Partner, people and culture, or related experience
Proven track record of collaborating on and driving people and culture programs that move the organization towards success and are identified as a value add to the organization by key stakeholders
Previous experience effectively influencing across organizational boundaries
Comprehensive understanding of best practices and experience managing complex change and organization design initiatives
To successfully perform the essential functions of the job there may be physical requirements which need to be met such as sitting for extended periods of time and using computer monitors/equipment.

Preferred:
Master’s degree in a related field
Significant experience successfully leading complex enterprise-wide organization design and change management endeavors
Coaching, change management, or organization design certification
