Cell Respiration general
Krebs cycle is the second step where after pyruvate becomes Acytl CoA it can be put through the cycle to output carbon dioxide 2 ATP and this is where NAD+ and FAD become NADH and FADH2
Glycolysis
ETC is the final step where NADH and FADH2 are sent in and used to make a proton gradient so H+ can enter ATP synthase to make ATP (32) and H can bond with O2 to become water
Inputs are Photosynthesis outputs being glucose (C6H12O6),Oxygen (O2) and ATP(not photosynthesis output) It is broken down into Areobic (above) and Anaerobic needing Glucose and ATP
Outputs for Aerobic: Water, CO2, and ATP (36 net) Outputs for anaerobic: Lactic acid and ATP
Glycolosis is the first step and converts glucose into pyruvate in both steps and 2 net ATP
general
Inputs: Same as Cell resp. outputs plus light, Outputs: G3P --> Glucose, O2, ADP, and NADP+
Synthesis-Reactions
Photo-reactions
Here light is taken into the photosystem and chared electrons after they are taken from cut water. Then a proton gradient is made to make ATP from an ATP synthase. NADP+ becomes NADPH here as well
Here CO2 is binded using RuBiSCO and using NADPH + ATP becomes G3P which can be anything the plant needs
Negitive feedback
Positive Feedback
This loop works its effort to make forces that keep a certain variable at an equilibrium. Such as your body temperatures mechanisms of shivering and sweating.
This loop releases something at a certain threshold and when more is released each one becomes more of its self exponent ally growing until a threshold is reached. Such as childbirth or viral infections
Secondary Consumers who eat the Primary Consumers
Tertiary Consumers who eat the Secondary Consumers
Primary consumers who eat producers
Producers who make their own food
Decomposers who eat the dead animals/plants who recycle material
Each level you go up contains 10% less energy
Biomagnification says that poison is higher concentrated in higher trophic levels
EVERYTHING in the food chain DEPENDS on everything else to be equal
