Coffee making process
Step 2: Prepare coffee & prepare racket, Grind the coffee small enough and finely, then put it in the racket. Always keep the filter rack dry, clean, and free of strange odors before extracting coffee so that the flavor becomes most balanced.
Step 3: Extract coffee for the first time,

Step 1: Boil water & warm the kettle, Use charcoal or firewood to boil water (ideal temperature: 95 - 98°C) and warm coffee accessories.
Step 4: Extract the coffee racket a second time, Use the same portion of coffee extract extracted the first time, continue pouring through the racket for the second extraction. Still keep the pouring speed slow and even.
