A communication platform for the elderly would be transcending geographical boundaries, and help exchange information to others. This process of exchanging will build interactions.

Families

Elderly fail to communicate with the others due to lack of knowledge on how to operate current platforms.

Solutions

Building a completely new communication platform might prove to be too tedious or expensive. This still stands however. According to online articles, the prices to build such a large website can range up to $50,000. Instead, I believe I can build a much smaller scale social media. This cheaper option might not be as effective, but will still function on a local community. It will also include signing up younger audiences as well.

Second is to build a website to inform the elderly on how to use communication platforms. Having a website with simple guides could enhance their performance. The only issue being that they might have trouble finding the website.
