Clinical Presentation:
Sudden onset of severe, unilateral pain in the testis, lower thigh, or lower abdomen.

Enlarged testis, retracted towards the inguinal region with a transverse orientation.

If reperfused, fix the testis to the scrotal wall using nonabsorbable sutures.

Acute scrotum is characterized by the sudden onset of scrotal pain, with or without swelling and erythema.
