my definition of health: I think that health is when you are able to stay active physically and keep your body into a good shape and can keep your mental wellbeing stable.
mental health is to do with the emotional, phycological and social wellbeing, influencing cognition, perception and behaviour. it is also to do with how everyone thinks and how they proceed to think. it is important that people can acknowledge their own mental well being so that they know how to keep teir physical well being in shape.

motivation
motivation is very important for the mental health because when people are being motivated it means that people feel like that have more of a chance to get closer to their goal. the reason why motivation is important is it is a great way of pushing a person to get a lot closer to their goals.

based on my height and weight my body mass index falls within the normal weight category of people around my age.
the average height for and 18 year old male is around 175.3 cm
for weight it can vary greatly but it is often between 60-70kg, the average blood pressure is usually around 120/80.
things that could affect my blood pressure could be things such as little exercise, stress and it could even be my genetics as well. your blood pressure can also be affected by your diet, it is import to be able to eat the right nutrition's, rich foods such as foods with calcium, potassium and magnesium can help by blood pressure stay balanced. it would be a good idea to reduce my intake on salts because that can impact my kidney as I only have one kidney, it is also good to reduce alcohol in take as well because this could also affect me mentally and physically.
all of these things are not good for your mental health and well being, they are all things that can hurt the body and make you get illnesses. they are all things that you can get addicted to if you don`t know what you are doing to yourself. to be able to provoke this and make sure that you stay healthy i should focus on the things that are important such as sleep and exercise, these are both two things that are very important for my body to stay fit and healthy, this will also help out my mental health but also it will help out my physical health.

if you don`t improve your mental health then you could be impacted on the way we think and act upon thinks.
lack of connection- when we lack connection we all feel isolated so that we may become depressed and this would make things worse for yourself.
intrusions- intrusions can gain anxiety, can lead to stress and they can disrupt your day to day life.
avoidance- avoidance can also lead to depression and can lead to you feeling frustrated about certain things.
trouble concentrating- troubling to be able to concentration can affect your mental health because it may stop you from remembering or listening to important conversations.
irregular sleep- troubling to make regular sleep patterns and not being able to sleep at the correct times because of stress symptoms or because of tiredness or illness that could all potentially link with mental well-being.

most people get a score between 41 and 59 so this could suggest that i may not have been well for a long time or may show slight signs of depression or negativity at the moment in my life and day to day activities. i think this is able to change, i think if i can find a way of being able to adapt to this would help me out a lot and i think my score will get higher as i start to realise the stresses in my life more.
