Type V: Intrahepatic duct cyst (single or multiple, as in Caroli disease).
Imaging

CT scan:
Intrahepatic ducts, distal common bile ducts, and pancreatic duct.
Risk of contrast toxicity, nephrotoxicity, hepatotoxicity, and radiation exposure.
ERCP

Invasive, complications include pancreatitis, perforation, hemorrhage, and sepsis.

Clinical features

Classic triad (20% of patients): Abdominal pain, jaundice, palpable right upper quadrant abdominal mass.
Complications: Pancreatitis (common) malignant change, mostly seen in adults (late)
