Basic Workup of Cultures
- Inoculation
- Direct smear
- Incubation :lock:
- Culture exam
- Susceptibility testing if ordered
- Report out results

- 35 C in a 5% CO2 incubator
- Observe growth at 18-24 hours but hold for 72 hours
