User Interface
The client wants a clear interface where you can access all parts of the spreadsheet
Add functions to parts of the interface so you can access the different parts with ease
Parts of the spreadsheet include Graphs and Calculations

The colours I will use include ::
Teal
Dark Blue
White
Baby Blue
Cyan
Target Audience
The customers will NOT use this spreadsheet
His employees will use it to track people's lessons
The Owner Taylor will use the spreadsheet
Spreadsheet Main Fonts
The fonts I will use for the spreadsheet are 'Stencil' and 'Fredoka One'
Stencil font is part of the Westwood Swim Centre logo
On Theme
Different to other fonts
I think fredoka one is a very easy to read font
Clean
Fresh and Bold
Calculations
Income generated from each swimmer who has made a block booking of 8 weeks after 10% discount is applied
Income generated from each swimmer who has made a block booking of 8 weeks before 10% discount is applied
The total income made from each swim class before and after 10% discount
The total income per week before and after 10% discount
Total number of weeks attended by each swimmer
The fastest times recorded for each of the swimmers
Income generated from each swimmer who has attended swimming classes but not made a block booking
Which Swimmers attended all weeks of classes will then get a voucher to use at the sports shop
Client Requirements
Folllowing the house style (colours and branding logos)
HCI That is easy to use (Human Computer Interface)
Recording recent payments and purchases using Class or Block in Data Validation
Record class attendance for weeks 1-5
Record the fastest times of swimmers from weeks 6,7 and 8
Store details about swimmers who took part in some classes
Have appropriate and efficient validation to minimise errors later down the line
System can only be accessed with the password WSC!24
