Positive Relationships
Family
When transitioning to high school you still need to make sure you maintain a good, healthy relationship with your family. When you go to high school you will most likely be doing more school work, which means more homework which also limits the time you spend with your family. You will also be going through puberty so you might be a bit more grumpy and angry at times than you normally would.

Teachers
Your relationships with your teachers will not stay the same and they will not be the same for every single teacher. You will have multiple different teachers for multiple different subjects. Some teachers will be kind, others might be grumpy all of the time but that's just how some teachers are.

Friends
Your friendships play a big part in transitioning into high school. When you go to high school there is no doubt in the world that you will make new friends. If your friends from primary school end up going to the same high school as you, you might not be as close to them as you were before and that is ok. If you end up having no one from your primary school going to school you will make new friends. You might stay friends with your primary school friends and you might not. This is all part of growing up.
