Am I healthy
BMI/body mass index say on the NHS website says that I am healthy falling within the 80th centile but the BMI doesn't speak about your muscle mass because your muscle mass is heaver then fat.
blood pressure was 122 which is normal for 16 year old child with my height and weight which is also quite health. This tell us that I have no heart problems or any other heart related conditions.
height 184/6ft 1inch and being this height is being from my genetics because my dad was 6 ft 2 inchs and my mom is 5 foot and 7 inches

stress
stress is a big key factor in life helping the human body in situations like a fight or flight where your hart is pushing more blood and oxygen round the body causing the body to run or climb or something active to get away from someone.

exercising
my definition of being healthy is eating right no junk food lots of exercise and the drive and commit yourself to something you love. also to have a good sertan amount socializing is good this was my definition i do this types of dieting and train in the GYM because use to feel insecure in year 11 because I was fat and and less athletic and that made me feel really sad and depressed and I was kinder bullied for being fat it was shameful.
this why during the summer I said to myself I am loosing weight so I started to stop the bad habits I did like eating whey to much food and stop snacking so much. and I started going on morning runs each day and started going to the local gym and bought a 2 month membership and started swimming. also diet has improve eating more fruits, rice, chicken health lean beef I also had rest day because rest day are just as important than working out all the time and after all that consistence and grind i started to feel whey more confident. I also got a lot of my motivation from people like David Goggins, chris bumsted
hobbies
going to the gym. playing basketball is my favorivoite sport and when I play this sport all of my worries good

social media
social media is one of the biggest distraction for the human mind. because the average time people spend on there phone each day is about 3 HOURS and 15 minutes or more this is why it is good to sometime just to turn off your phone and have a break from all the rubbish tik tok video you are listening too and just read a book or go for a walk. Because studies have show that if you don't touch or use your phone for 72 hours. but with me at a normal day at home I would propably spend a good 4 to 5 houres a day on my phones
