Sokanu Career Test
My Discoveries
Ground Breaker
individuals with this trait love researching theories and investigating deep into the topic. Once they have a good understanding of the topic, they are able to communicate the ideas with others with confidence.
For the trait “Groundbreaker”, I am usually very interested in different theories and would spend time to learn more about them.
Uninhibited
Individuals with this trait tend to work on impulse. Their actions could be unpredictable.
For the second trait, my working habit is heavily based on impulse. I find it hard to follow a plan and would usually just go with my feelings.
I think that these two traits from “discovery” apply closely to me.

3 traits that reflect me
Analytical:
I have a habit where I unconsciously analyze every detail in my surroundings. I would interpret the details from data to the casual social interaction.
Impatient:
I get frustrated easily when working with children or people who don’t show an interest in the discussing topic.
A Genuine Connection:
I don’t like to waste time around people that I don’t sense a connection with. There must be a real connection between me and the other person in order for the relationship or friendship to work out.
3 traits that do not reflect me
Insensitive:
Despite my “thinking” trait, I would consider myself to be emotional and thoughtful of the feelings of others as well.
Friend Selection:
I don’t necessarily look for specific traits in my friends. I like to develop friendship naturally and not forcing it on the people around me.
Dissatisfied:
Most of the time, I don’t really doubt my decision that had already been made. I believe that there is no point dwelling on events that already happened, thus, I would not spend time being unhappy with my decision.
HIGH5 Strength Test
Delivery
I did not expect “Delivery” to be one of my strengths. According to the HIGH5 Strength Quiz, “Delivery” was my strongest strength. This was a surprise for me because sometimes, I found it hard to trust or comfortably lead in a group setting. Their analysis wasn’t completely wrong, although I believe that “Delivery” would not be my number strength compared with the rest.
Empathizer
I am most proud of “Empathizer” being my second highest strength. This strength is able to balance out my logical side and allow myself to go easy with my feelings as well. Specifically, when this trait combines with my “Thinker” trait, I am able to make decisions while considering both the rational and emotional aspects of the problem.
Thinker
Self-believer
I identify the most with the strength “Self-believer”. I have strong faith in myself, believing that I am capable of achieving anything when I put effort into it. Different from being over-confident and self-centered, I use this strength to push myself to step out of my comfort zone and complete difficult tasks.
Strategist
The trait “Thinker” and “Strategist” are somewhat connected to each other. Both of these traits are related to the brain and require critical thinking skills. Similarly, “Empathizer” and “Self-believer” are both connected to the emotional side.
