Race
Racism: Is the state-sanctioned or extralegal production and exploration of group-differentiated vulnerability to premature death.

Hegemony
Hegemony: The spontaneous consent given by the great masses of the population to the general direction imposed on social life by the dominant fundamental group.
Agency: action with intent.
Gender
Negative Agency: Unseen acts of resistance that occur in uneven power dynamics.
Gender identity: How people interpret and view themselves, wishing the context of wider society and culture.
Gender Expression: How people present themselves.
Sex: The biological characteristics of a persons body.
Imperialism: Foreign power enforces and imposes a norm, hegemonic narratives, and control.
Class
Class: A category of individuals within a society who have similar access to economic and social recources.
Habitus: Ingrained habits, mannerisms, style, and values.
Capitalism: System of foods and services produced for profit and even human labor is a commodity for sale.
Commodity Fetishism: Masking of human relations behind a product. Hiding human labor.
Neoliberalism
Refers to governmental policies that support state withdrawal from financial and social regulatory responsibilities, and foregrounds self-regulation of the market while highlighting the responsibility of the individual in achieving success and wealth.
Privatization

Expected to be what it is because it is ingrained into society.
Structural violence
Depersonalized: No clear perpetrator, but particular powerful interests are at work and violence manifests itself as unequal power and consequently as unequal life changes.
Negative Peace: After war or conflict not addressing root causes.
Positive peace: When root causes of inequalities are addressed.
