Eudoram Wifi is bloated, but it's university only
Tons of students use it for personal devices
Cellular Service has dead zones around campus
Possibly because Blacksburg itself is rural --> Cell companies aren't prioritizing rural areas for new towers
Some buildings block out service, like the Newman Library
Negative effects of poor connectivity
Students are less productive
People can't work in groups over the internet
Students can't access information on the internet
