Personally, I work best within small teams or working by myself, as I believe I get my best work done and can get it done in the most efficient way. With that being said, communication has not been a problem for me, I am very vocal in meetings and with co-workers, but when I need to get things done, introverted working is better. I think that this job would fit my personality as I may be leading many projects but when work needs to be done, I would be able to break off and complete the necessary work.
