When you are nervous you can take deep breaths which helps you calm down
Scared
When you are scared try not worry
When you are scared seek assistants
When you are scared try to take deep slow breaths
Overwhelmed
Taking deep breaths helps you calm down
Talking to a teacher or friend about you feelings may help
