Conclusion: A wicked problem is difficult to define clearly and often involves different stakeholders i.e. tackling COVID-19 crisis (involving the government, the people etc.). By using systems thinking, such that all factors are taken into consideration (not viewing a problem in one standpoint), it will help in tackling the infectious diseases
