Director of Programs & Partnerships
Strategy
Identifies program goals and prioritization, clarifies resource needs for program areas
Conducts any needs evaluations and innovates towards opportunities,
Co-ordinates DSAEC Calendar (Rental dates and program dates)
Leads annual planning and strategic development work
Develops policies that ensure the health of relationships and programs
Partnerships
Advances organizational partnerships (local agencies, orgs, program co-sponsors / co-producers)
Internal development / contractor evaluation & contracts
Co-ordinates with teaching artists, visiting artist, & program contractors to clarify goals and expectations
Work with Board Committees on organizational goals
Coordinates with BSOB (leaser) to remain in good standing
Receives and engages program participants - cultivates and recruits volunteers, donors, board members, etc.
Advances alliances with movement leaders to distill DSAEC's participation and opportunity to host movement efforts.
Has in person time with major donors and stakeholders invested in our operations
Programs
Responsible for covering event logistics - supplies, volunteer hours, space needs, etc
Primary "Host" and greeter for programs
Develops program descriptions, titles, etc
Works on Promotional Strategy with Operations Director
Communicates with participants - pre event info, FAQ, event evaluations

Annual Solicitation License
Handles Background Checks of Volunteers and Staff
Reviews and Updates Insurance
Secures Contracts, provides invoices, keeps paper trail
Maintains employee handbook, updates policies, organizes critical documents
Engagement Tracking
Tracks attendance, volunteer hours, financial support
Identifies places of strength and places for improvement
Collects Program Data / Synthesizes Evaluations
Builds Registration Forms, Surveys to syn with CRM
Finances?
Creating Program and Organizational Budgets
Paying Bills, vendors, etc
Supply purchases / Reimbursements / Reconciliations
Financial Reporting (to board & funders)
Deposits and Expense classifications
Rental Program
Prospect Communication and Co-ordination of Contracts
