2. Two types of emotions
Negative emotion
the experience of feeling negative emotions such as anger, frustration, guilt, nervousness and fear.

Positive emotion
any feeling where there is a lack of negativity, such that no pain or discomfort is felt

4. Empathy
Empathy is the capacity to understandor feel what another person isexperiencing from within their frame ofreference, that is, the capacity toplace oneself in another's position.

A mental state associated with the nervous system brought on by chemical changes variously associated with thoughts, feelings, behavioural responses, and a degree of pleasure or displeasure.
