Refugee
Refugees must enjoy at least the same rights and assistance as any other foreigner who is a legal resident, among others, the right to freedom of thought, movement, protection against torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading;
Right to legal certainty and due process.

Children´s
Children's rights are human rights, that is, they seek to protect children as the human beings they are. Because they are human rights, children's rights are made up of fundamental guarantees and essential human rights.

It is a set of rules that allow equal participation of men and women in their organizational and social environment with a value higher than those usually established, thereby avoiding the implementation of stereotypes or discrimination.
Right to live without violence or discrimination.

Economic, social & cultural
Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ESCR) are the basic needs that all people have to live with dignity, such as health, work, education, housing, food, water, sanitation, social security, healthy environment and culture.
Right to Food.
Right to participation in cultural life.
Right to adequate housing
Civil and political
These rights are commonly understood as a guarantee of equal social opportunities and protection, regardless of race, religion, gender or other characteristics. Some examples are: the right to vote, to a fair trial, to education and to government services.
Right to freedom of opinion and expression (article 19)
Right to peaceful assembly (article 21).
Right of association (article 22)
Indigenas
Indigenous peoples have the right to maintain and develop their political, economic and social systems or institutions, to safely enjoy their own means of subsistence and development, and to freely engage in all their traditional and other economic activities.
They have the right, without discrimination, to the improvement of their economic and social conditions, among other spheres, in education, employment, vocational training and retraining, housing, sanitation, health and safety social.
