1) Immediate agenda: MOU & strategic partnership formation for SOCAM as a DCI’s authorized SI.
2) Medium term agenda: SOCAM’s umbrella company, Carnot providing AI based analytics services to SOCAM’s facilities, seeking NA exposure thru DCI.
3) Long term agenda: SOCAM with a vision to position itself as a MSI company with DCI platform as the constructional/functional layer anchor
Onboarding kick off addresses the immediate agenda.
Once SOCAM becomes a full-fledged Delta Controls’ partner, SOCAM will be invited to take in DCI’s partner events.
Medium term agenda can be pursued by taking part in such events reaching out to other partners who could find SOCAM’s AI solution a useful option.
- For long term agenda of SOCAM, I am happy to assist SOCAM to be connected to MSI players in the region.
Please advise me if SOCAM is ready to invest in exploration and interviews with such players.

Long-term: (after 5yrs): Directly engage key accounts in target verticals for larger projects, sub-contract to DCI partners
Mid-term (3-5yrs): Build local presales/project management team, directly engage small projects (and sub-contract to DCI partners) on target verticals to build reference and experience, goal is to reach USD 5M in 5 years
Near-term (1-3 yrs): Build local sales/FAE, develop more Delta Controls partners, goal is to reach $2M in revenue and break even.
