Conventional
Interpersonal concordance orientation (others approve of behavior, it's good, if not it's bad), Behavior is driven by social approval. EX: Good girl, bad girl
Law & order orientation (rule following=good, rule breaking=bad), obeying the authority and confirming norms.
Post Conventional
Social Contract Orientation (Behavior is fair & agreed is good, if violates agreements or fairness is bad), behavior is driven by balance of social order and individual rights
Universal ethical principles orientation (Behavior aligns with internal conscience & sense of the good is good, if not is bad or neutral), internal moral principle.
Pre-Conventional
Obedience and punishment orientation (Behavior is rewarded it's good, punished it's bad), behavior driven by avoiding punishment.
Instrumental relativist orientation (Behavior serves me it's good, if not it's bad), self-interest and reward
