The european commission has established the key competences for lifelong learning:
literacy competence, multilingual competence, mathematical competence, digital competence, personal and social competence, citizenship competence, entrepeneurship competence, cultural awareness and expression competence.
OECD has also created three key competences, in order to face social, economic, developmental and environmental challenges. These are:
- create new value
- reconciliate tensions and dilemma
- take own responsibility
