Minerals are a naturally occurring inorganic solid with a definite chemical composition and a crystalline structure. They are apart of the most important types of nutrients in your body.
Minerals are used to help build bones, make hormones, and regulate your heartbeat.
Vitamins are organic molecules that are essential to an organism in small quantities for proper metabolic function.
