Separating the teams by color I think would work better as it is easier to keep track of especially since we can make the groups on WhatsApp match the team color they belong to. Also would be easier to separate files on desktop. If we used the name of the underwriter as the group name I think that would be too many names in the files / groups as you would have to list the client name and the group they belong to (under writers name)
