Maslow and Human needs
Our needs determine our actions, work can be organised so all needs are met
Individual needs start on lowest level, self-actualisation isn't reached by all, once it has been met it will no longer motivate employees, reversion is possible
Physical needs, Safety needs, Social needs, Esteem needs, Self-actualisation
Limitations are, not everyone has the same needs, can be hard to identify, money is also necessary
