3D Printer
Station
In this station, students can use a 3D printer to print everything from layers of the Earth to art projects to separate parts for elaborate engineering projects! Includes 3Doodler Start Pen, Fusion3 F400 printer, and Tinkercad software.
Lego Building Station
In this station, students can use legos to build different creative projects and also to help enhance their math skills by giving them a means to represent fractions.

The general philosophy of my maker space is to give my students a space to be creative and have fun all while integrating topics learned in the classroom and familiarizing themselves with useful technological tools. I want it to be a space in which students can focus on applying their knowledge of a subject in a way that suits their abilities and interests. In this space, students get the opportunity to work independently, collaboratively with other students, and also get one-on-one help with me, the teacher. My classroom innovation lab gives students a space to flex their creative muscles, make mistakes and learn from them, and apply their knowledge in practical ways.
