Why might lack of hygiene have been more of a problem in towns and cities than in the country?
Answer: because there was many people living in towns and cities and with poor hygiene everyone could get sick, and people were mostly in groups or with family so without good hygiene the town would be gross

Why were changes in Financial Services necessary to expand trade?
Answer - It allowed people to borrow money so they could buy things and start their own of business to expand trade. It also eliminated the need to carry around huge amounts of money.
