Variation: a natural variation between individuals in a population e.g. gondwana splitting into 2 parts, and 1 set of turtles goes on one island, another set on the other island

The sperm enters the vagina and passes through the cervix and enters the uterus, which is open when the Woman ovulates. Resident cells from the woman's immune cs system may attack the sperm, then the sperm enters the fallopian tube, and fertilizes the egg.
