  - - - Send to Alex and Vlad for fulfillment

      - Add previous sale details and quote ref to PO
      - Check artwork file and pantones
    - - Put printed copy in file
      - Send saved acknowledgment and artwork if repeat to customer.
    - - Check customers other products to ensure correct part number is being used
      - Ensure tech notes are correct
    - - Check and request pantones if needed
      - Check logo file and quality
