Gin Fizz
- Lemon Juice
- Syrup
- Gin
- Egg whites

- mix without ice
then
- add 3/4 ice cubes
in the end
- add some soda water in the glass
and then double-strain the other ingredients
Manhattan
- Rye Whiskey
- Sweet Vermouth
- Angostura bitter
- Ice

- put ice in the glass
- add the ingredients in the order
- stirr 25 seconds
Mojito
Mint - 7/8 leaf
Brown sugar
Lime- a slice cut into four
Sugar - one spoon
Rum - 50 ml
Smashed Ice
Sparkling water

- cut a slice of lime into four and put it in a glass
- add 7/8 leaf of mint
- add one spoon of sugar
- smash the ingredients to release the juice
- Add 50 ml of white room
- add some smashed ice
- add some soda water to fill the glass
- garnish with mint
White Lady
- one egg white
- one ice cube
- 45ml of gin
- 30ml of Contreu
- fresh lemon juice
- sugar syrup
- emulsify the egg white
- add the other ingredients
- shake with ice
- double-strain in a coupe glass

Bellini
- peach pureè
- chill prosecco
- peach slices

- put some peach puree in the glass
- add prosecco
Irish Coffee
- prewarmed glass
- heavy whipping cream (or double cream)
- Coffee
- Irish Whiskey
- Brown Sugar
- put sugar and whiskey in a glass
- fill half glass with coffee
- stirr to dissolve the sugar
- fill the glass with other coffee
- pour the cream over the top slowly to make it floats

- Ice
- 60 ml Rum
- Coca Cola to fill
Put some ice in a glass
- pour rum, lime juice and then fill the glass with Coca Cola
- Stirr a little bit
- Garnish with a slice of lime
