Macbeth:
He is hesitant to kill him Duncan.
He becomes Thane of Cawder
He kills Duncan so he can become king because he the witches.
He is easily manipulated.
He is ruthless, merciless, ferocious and ambitious.
Lady Macbeth:
She manipulates Macbeth into killing Duncan
She has a lot of power.
She doesn't want to be part of the stereotypical women society.
She is very deceptive.
Lady Macbeth is the more dominant of her and Macbeth.
The three witches:
They prophecise that Macbeth will become Thane of Cawder then King.
They prophecise that Banquo's kids will be on the Throne.
They represent the supernatural
the witches have power over Macbeth throughout the play.
Banquo:
He isn't praised as much as Macbeth throughout the play.
He foreshadows the fate that takes place at the Macbeth castle.
He is suspicious of Macbeth.
He is suspicious of the three witches.
