Covernsion of an LGU to a higher level unit, such as from a municipality into a city, among others
C. Determine for businesses and industries the following :
Sites for establishing business
Supply of labor for the production of goods and services
Consumer demands for various goods and services
Two Ways of Allocating People During Census- Taking
De Jure- people are assigned to places where they usually live regardless of where they are at the time of the census.
De facto- people are assigned to places where they are at the time of the census.

Absolute and relative increases
Annual growth rate
Natural increase and the rate of natural increase
Natural increase -the difference between the number of births and thenumber of deaths that occured in a specifc population within a specific period of time (usually one year)
= Number of Births –Number of Deaths in the same population in the same year
Rate of Natural Increase -
is the difference between the crude birth rate (CBR) and the crude death rate (CDR) of a specific population within a specified time
