Lunch: 2 chapattis, curd, egg curry, salad
Dinner: Opma, curd, vegetable salad
Wednesday
Breakfast: 1 paneer parantha, curd
Lunch: Rice, dal, curd, salad
Dinner: Betrrot salad (a recipe made using curd, beetroot, curry leaves)
