All the students are gathered on the carpet (A common space) to keep them close and engaged.
The teacher gathers the students' attention by creating a fun activity they do before the beginning of the lesson. It allows the students to know it is time to listen.
The teacher is constantly moving along with what she is showing the children. For example, she interacts with the visuals by pointing and following the pages.
The teacher is very upbeat in her tone and moves around a lot to keep the children's attention. She also asks the students to get up at specific times, so they are constantly interacting with the lesson as well.
As they work in groups, the teacher walks around allowing the kids to know she is there to help and to make sure they understand what to do. She is always interacting with the students.

Then they take time acting out the word to grasp the meaning.
