Don't try to deny my faults or ignore that I am bad at something that is stressing me out - ignoring might help in the short term but will lead to more stress overall in the long term

Don't let fear of judgement control my actions - usually, no one cares about what I do or say anyways.

Being in good physical health puts me in a better mental state, and gives you a clearer mind to begin approaching problems more logically
