CONTROL THEORY- Heidensohn, a feminist, argues that women are controlled at home, in work and in public places, limiting their oppertunitys to commit crime. At home, women as subject to patriarchal control through having to do the domestic work, emotional work and caring responcibilitys, this means they do not have the time or the oppertunity to commit crime.
