eg. a 1 way ticket from Singapore to USA costs $500 for JetStar airline while the same ticket costs $1000 for Singapore International Airline.

tour packages and tickets can be booked online and this increases the convenience of potential travellers as they don't need to go through travel agents. they will also have more options and control over their holiday plans which encourages more people to travel.
eg. air tickets can be bought online from the Singapore airline website and can directly pay using credit card. this saves time and is more convenient.

online information about the place, train schedules and weather conditions can be easily obtained and this allows potential visitors to find out more about a destination such as the social etiquettes and traditions. they can also view feedbacks and reviews about the place.

transport infrastructure such as airport, railways and roads need to be expanded to accommodate the increasing number of international visitors and move them around.
there must be enough accommodation infrastructure such as hotels for visitors to stay in. this ranges from 5star hotels to backpacker hostels and home stays.
services like restaurants and telecommunication links must be available especially free wifi in hotels for visitors to connect with people from other parts of the world.
eg. Singapore's changi airport constructed a new terminal 4 which opened in 2017 to increase the airport capacity from 73mil to 85mil.

availability of information about the destination online can also increase the convenience of travellers as they can easily check train schedules, weather conditions and available accommodation in that place. information must also be in English so that it is easily understood and tour guides and travel agents can also enhance tourists experiences by informing them about the place's history and significance.
