Global warming and climate change - Coggle Diagram
Global warming and climate change
Global warming is the rising average temperature of the planet wich produces shifts in climate patterns, that is, climate change.
CAUSES
Deforestation
Agriculture
Burning of fossil fuels
Greenhouse gases keep the Earth's temperature warm enough to support living organism.Without them, the planet would be too cold for most organism to survive The sun hits the planet, some energy is absorbed at the surface of the Earth. When it gets to the atmosphere, the green gases trap the reflected energy and redirect it back down to the earth and eventually contributing to global warming.
Livestock
Consequences
Negative impact on ecosystem. Animal, for example, are forced to look for a new habitat but climate change effects go so fast that not every species can get adopted quickly enough.
Health problems, cardicuascular disease from air pollution respiratory problems from increased allergens, diseases from poor water quitly, and water and food supply insecurities.
Extreme weather:Stronger storms and hurricanes, heatwaves, flooding and heavier droughts.
Sea levels rising
Water and food resources
Safety and economic challenges
Ocean Acidification
Shrinking of ice sheets
Solutions
Reduce the gases
Reduce emissions
Recycle
