- - - - My parents promise me that they will love me unconditionally, and will support me no matter what I choose to do. They promise to provide me a safe and supportive environment, be honest with me, and take care of me.
        
        My dad comes to all my cross country and track races to support me and cheer me on. My mom is always willing to listen to my problems and provide love and advice.
- - - - My coaches make the promise that they will do their best to help us improve our running, prepare for meets, provide a supportive environment, and help us hit our goal times.
        
        Every day before a race they make sure we are prepared for what will happen during the race by going over the course, warm up times, reminders, and more.
- - - - Each member of the team makes the promise that they will be committed to the sport and put in the work necessary in order to improve, both individually and as a team. The team also promises me and everyone within the team that they will be supportive of one another and cheer each other on!
        
        Every team member comes to daily practice and cheers for their teammates at races and even just at practice!

- - - - The Moreau community promises that it will provide a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment in order for us to thrive in our education.
        
        Office Hours at Moreau ensures that students are given time to find the support we need to do well academically, as well as time for extra-curriculars/clubs that lets us explore our passions and hobbies.
- - - - Within the Senate, the senators promise that they will stay committed to their role as a Senator. Everyone relies on each other to do their individual tasks so we can work effectively as a whole. Our Senate Moderator, Ms. Patterson, made the promise to me and the other senators that they would provide the support and information we needed in order to complete our duties and make a positive impact at Moreau.
        
        Each senator attends the Senate meeting every week. Ms. Patterson brings us treats and food at these meetings and makes sure to give us all the information we need to complete a task. She is open to our ideas and encourages us to work together.
- - - - Arshia came to watch and cheer me on at Moreau's home track meet last year. I comforted and supported her in a time of hardship.
- - - - The Fanny Gang promises that we will get together at least once a year to catch up, have fun, and enjoy each others' company! We usually hang out on holidays like New Years or Christmas.
        
        We went on a trip in an AirBnb a few years back and had a lot of fun catching up, sharing stories, and doing fun activities together (including Pac Man).
- - - - Carlotta promises to be a supportive friend and make sure I am safe and happy.
        
        Carlotta supports me when I share my art, and also we exchange books recommendations! We also share a lot of laughter together which makes me feel safe and secure.
- - - - Anya promises to me that we will stay in touch and support each other even though we don't go to the same high school.
        
        We make sure to meet up at least once a month and tell each other about our lives.

        They come to our house to bring us food every week and make sure we are happy and healthy.

        My grandma enjoys seeing my artwork and has supported me throughout my art journey; we enjoy talking about different art mediums. My grandpa started reading Harry Potter after I suggested it to him; he also taught me the periodic table once!
