Key Deliverables:
Brand Awareness; this includes the results of the market analysis, research and marketing campaigns.
Planning: We will recover information such ase the best financing options, the best suppliers, employees and the new machines research.
Expansion: This includes starting operations in the new industrial plant, with our newly hired employees and our recently bought machine.
Also making the plant better at optimization of process and making it more efficient.
Risks:
The risks we may find when working in all of these phases are factors such as not getting the responses we wanted with our marketing campaigns. Or not finding supplier that offer us a good deal because we are new in the state. The risk of finding an industrial plant with the quantity os water and a preserved soil so we can run our operations. Because if can't get the water we need to produce, we don't have a product at all.
Exclusions:
If we can't find the results we wanted in Baja California, we shall move all this investigation to another state and start all over again.
