Lower staff turnover Employees enjoy working at a company that values their input and are less likely to seek work elsewhere.
Increased Management Time Managers can prioritise more managerial work e.g. talking to suppliers. This reduces their work stress.
Increased Intrapreneurship Staff feel more valued & make more suggestions. This results in higher quality goods and services for customers.
Higher productivity Employees feel more valued under Theory Y, and as such, are given an increase in motivation and work harder to produce more goods and services for customers.
