Those who experience higher levels of health: high income and social status, good social support systems, higher levels of education, steady employment over which they have control, good working conditions that aren't detrimental to their health, have a place to live that is a good environment, those with supports for health child development, equitable access to health care, aren't gender or race minorities (e.g. men, caucasian)
Those who lack access: rural, poor, those in countries with lower rates of socioeconomic status, women, minorities based on factors like race and sexual orientation, those without homes
