Dyslexia
Impulsivity:
Impulsive behavior, acting without thinking through the consequences of their actions.
Impaired Working Memory:
Working memory, which involves holding and manipulating information in one's mind, can be compromised.
Executive Functioning Challenges:
Can impact executive functions such as planning, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Difficulty with Fine and Gross Motor Skills:
Dyslexia and ADHD can sometimes be associated with motor coordination difficulties, while dyspraxia is primarily characterized by challenges in fine and gross motor skills development.
Social and Emotional Challenges:
Difficulties in social interactions and relationships, experiencing social anxiety, or struggling to understand social cues.
Sensory Sensitivities:
Sensitivity to sensory stimuli, such as sound, light, or touch.
Academic Struggles:
Difficulties in academic performance, including reading, writing, math, and other cognitive tasks.
Low Frustration Tolerance:
Individuals with these conditions might have a lower tolerance for frustration and may become easily overwhelmed by tasks or challenges.
