    - - Blood flows into glomerulus via afferent arteriole
      - Exits via efferent arteriole
      - Enters capillary network surrounding PCT, Loop of Henle & DCT
      - Returning to circulatory system via interlobular vein
      - Healthy adult will filter approx 120mL/min
